• Our online booking tool allows you to book services at your own convenience. All online bookings must be reviewed and approved before finalized. Once confirmed, you will be sent a confirmation email and/or text. New clients, please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to fill out your intake form
• Groupon appointments must be made by calling us directly at 813-443-1199, they cannot be booked online or through Groupon's website. The redemption code must be provided to hold your appointment
• Couple's massages, multi-service spa days and groups must be booked via phone
• Contact us via phone to inquire about last-minute appointments as they may not be visible in the online booking tool
• Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or make changes to your appointment(s). Cancellation fees up to the full price of services may apply
• Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes past your appointment time will be a cancellation and subject to full charges. All late arrival appointments will still end at the original designated time
